I watched George Marshall's You Tube video the other day: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JdAifpWgh4g
and have been wondering since then, and before really, what the blocks are that get in the way of us Doing Stuff About It. I've got a list of the usual suspects: Guilt about our over-consumption, Despair at the fact that we may well be stuffed by now anyway, Fear of change, Self-satisfaction: an "I'm doing my bit, so that's ok..." attitude. And probably lots more. I want a winning formula that get through all these feelings that stop action. Any helpful thoughts would be really appreciated |
